We serve up the freshest wood fired pizza, cooked in our oven fueled with red beech wood . We change our menu as the seasons change because we believe in using ingredients that are fresh and sourced from right here in Otago.
We're dedicated to the environment we live in, that's why you'll find that all of our packaging is commercially compostable and made of pulp sourced from paper plantations.
We have partnered with Gibbston Valley Cheese as the exclusive supplier for Rakau. We stand by locals and trust in the quality of the produce that comes straight from our own back yard.
